Hi, I’m Julian – a 37 year old performance enthusiast on a mission to unlock the true human potential.
For years, I'm deep into natural bodybuilding and nutrition. But training hard & eating "proper" wasn’t enough.
It was all about chasing the macronutrients, without listening to my body what it actually needs.
Constant brain fog and indecision was haunting me and I wanted to feel more energized in general.
I was sick of the cycle of days feeling awesome and days of feeling like crap.
I didn't just want to look fit - I wanted to feel fit.
Every single day so I needed change!
I wanted to build the best version of myself - physically and mentally.
That’s where The Peak Protocol was born.
What Makes this different
